Zak Hirt

A qualified management accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the financial sector. His professional roles have encompassed trading, risk management, accounting, and technology. He is the founder and developer of napkin.co.uk, an epos system for hospitality and online ordering.

Richard Foster

Richard is the Founder and "Chief Explorer" of Exploring English Whisky and the English Whisky Festival. Prior to starting his own company Richard worked for the in-house agency at Diageo and has a background in content and television production.
