At Annandale Distillery we produce only the finest Peated & Unpeated spirit. Our whole production process was designed & commissioned by late, great Dr Jim Swan. Utilising our signature twin stills helps to maximise copper contact during distillation, thereby yielding a smoother, balanced spirit.

Cask #1593 was sourced directly from Kentucky, previously containing Woodford Reserve Bourbon.

Fresh fill casks are really active, releasing flavour compounds such as vanillins & sweet caramel on the maturing spirit. This sits very nicely alongside the fruity characteristics of Annandale’s unpeated spirit.
