This is the first cask available of our Slovenian wine brandy. Ageing began in a 220-litre Slovenian oak cask and now continues in used 280-litre cognac cask.  This exceptional brandy is the product of a remarkable collaboration between two distinguished Slovenian partners. The finest wines of the renowned Jakončič Winery in Goriška Brda - where a legacy of viticulture and excellence spans generations - have been skillfully transformed into brandy by the innovative and bold Broken Bones distillery in Ljubljana. The brandy is then meticulously aged in carefully selected barrels, enhancing its character and depth. Vinjak Petreja brandy is both fresh and aromatic, offering a unique and refined tasting experience.

Cornish Cider Brandy. We distilled our Vintage cider fermented to 8% ABV in 500 litre batches to 65% ABV and put it into a new 50 Litre European Oak, medium toasted cask, made for us in Bulgaria.
